I am delighted to be the Principal at Kirton Academy.

I am determined to ensure it is a place where students thrive, succeed, feel safe and have the determination to be the best they can be.

I want the school to be the one of choice for the community; an educational establishment all stakeholders are proud to be part of.

This means creating a culture of excellence and achievement, work that started in September.

I believe in fostering a positive and inclusive environment where success is celebrated.

Open communication and collaboration between school and home is essential to a student doing well.

I encourage parents and carers to engage in their child’s education and participate fully in the school community.

Being part of Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust opens new opportunities for our students and staff.
